 AVS Exhibit Booth Reservation Instructions
 

1. Go to the AVS website: https://avs72.avs.org/.
    

2. Click on the Exhibits @ AVS 72 headline.
    

3. Feel free to look around the exhibitor portal (https://avs26.smallworldlabs.com/home) to learn more about the show.
    

4. When you are ready to reserve a booth, click on “Click Here to Apply” from the left hand menu.
    

5. If you are a new exhibiting company, select “CLICK HERE” from the First-Time Exhibitors box. If you are a returning company, slip to step 7.
   

6. Complete the user registration form.
   

7. Search for your company name:
   
    

8. Click the company name in the popup window and click Join Company.
    

9. Click to Apply Here.
   
    

10. Double check the information in Step 1.
     

11. Select the contact(s) in Step 2.
     

12. Complete Step 3.
    
     

13. Click on the gray box next to Booth Location to open the floor plan. Any blue booth is available. Select up to three booths and click Submit.
    
     

14. Your selections will now be listed on the reservation form.
    
     

15. If desired, enter companies you wish to be near or far from in Steps 4 and 5. Please note that you must search on the left before the dropdown menu populates with company names.
    
     

16. Confirm your order is correct in Step 6.
    
     

17. In Step 7, either enter your credit card info or select “Invoice Me” from the Payment Method menu.
    
     

18. Enter your name in Step 8.
     

19. Review the Rules and Regulations, check the box at the bottom and click Submit.
     

20. We will be in touch with you shortly confirming your booth number.
